Former District Attorney Charles Froessel was working in his Queens office one evening when a group of masked men carrying guns burst into his office.  Froessel was bound and gagged and led to the basement where the night watchman was also being held captive.  

The men looted Froessel’s office, escaping with cash and bonds.
